midas knight

Inspired by the gold elite, the legend of midas and an old character of mine, I made the gritty, gold-clad midas knight. If I had known beforehand how badass the gold leafing pen was I would have used it for more than some details. The grungy flaws in the armor are deliberate and have been exaggerated. 2nd Munny I make. Still in <3

PS: Also my first official use of my portable studio :D so far quite good. Next up: a stylized shoot.

mental blur

bokeh makes me happy. yes it does. it does. does. does-does-does. Anyways so this was the second image for a series of illustrations within a -ahem- thesis book. I'm not even going into details, but he didn't get it. Lucky for me, bokeh makes me happy. yes it does.

First assignment delivery for Experimental Type. The one I presented to class had extra elements pertinent to the concept (this is a redesign of a title for an article) but for display here I took them off.
