And the title is...

First assignment delivery for Experimental Type. The one I presented to class had extra elements pertinent to the concept (this is a redesign of a title for an article) but for display here I took them off.

I'm a ninja*

My first Munny experiment. Took me a while to figure out WTH to make him but you can never go wrong with ninjas. Not ever. Prismacolor Markers are not the best medium to paint them. The marker they come with had a very strong ink (it's the black) which kinda has the Sharpie red-ish aftertone. It leaves a kind of cool side hue effect.
I'm all excited to work on the next one.

I hate uploading images to web. Web ruins the colors' intensities just like Lois ruined Kix Cereal.

This is the -bear with me- promotional poster for the lecture of my thesis; which is as of yet still nebulous and unrefined. Much less done. But yeah, making a poster for it is totally rational. That's why they make movie posters out of the first draft of the script, right? Oh wait they don't do that because it would be idiotic.

It's coming around again

A happy photographic subway accident. I can tell why those who claim alien abduction where so mesmerized by floating orbs of light. They do seem eerie.

No one in the sketchbook got swagga' like her

So I admit it. I just adore her. That spread on GQ almost made me wanna buy the magazine, but I didn't, I just took that spread from someone else's issue. And after having it so long in my wall I went and drew her and made my own. What's beauty for if not for being admired.
